Primal Queen Review | How I Got My Postpartum Energy Back

The Fog Nobody Talks About

No one tells you that postpartum feels like being hit by a hormonal tornado while running on three hours of sleep and cold coffee you don’t even drink. You don’t even know what day it is half the time. You’re just trying to keep a tiny human alive while remembering if you brushed your teeth or ate something that wasn’t crusted with baby drool.

My baby is a total little milk monster! He was cluster feeding nonstop for months. I was basically a 24-hour all-you-can-eat buffet. My body was tapped out. I didn’t want to be bothered. I was exhausted, foggy, and just surviving.

That’s around the time I finally started taking Primal Queen Beef Organ Capsules. I’d used other beef organ supplements before, or some call them ansestrial supplements during pregnancy, and even before that, but those usually take months before you notice anything. This was wildly different. Within just a few days, it was like someone cracked a window open and let the light back in. I could feel the difference.

What Makes Primal Queen Different

What really drew me to Primal Queen is that it’s grass-fed, pasture-raised, and made by a woman-owned small business. Those things matter to me. The brand was built for women — for us — and that’s what makes it different.

I’m also obsessed with the packaging! The glass jar with the bamboo lid feels like something you’d actually want sitting on your counter instead of hiding in a cabinet, and the little peppermint hearts inside the jar? Genius.

If you’ve ever taken organ supplements, you know they can smell… well, let’s just say “earthy.” These smell amazing. The peppermint completely masks that organ scent, and I’ve had zero issues swallowing them.

The Changes I Noticed

Now that I’ve been taking them for about five months, I’ve noticed consistent energy, clearer skin, and just a more balanced feeling overall. My hormones aren’t fully leveled out yet, that takes time, but one major change I’ve seen is with my iron.

Throughout pregnancy and postpartum, I struggled with low iron levels. Since taking these, I haven’t had a single issue.

I also find myself feeling less irritable and more emotionally steady, which is huge when you’re balancing a baby on your hip and two other kids running through the house.

What I Wish I’d Done Differently

If I could go back, I would have started Primal Queen immediately after birth. Right in the thick of those sleepless nights and nonstop feedings, I could have really used the extra support.

Yes, it’s expensive… all quality supplements are, but this one’s worth it. For me, it’s now budgeted into my monthly must-purchases. It’s not just about nutrients; it’s about how it makes you feel.

Final Thoughts

Motherhood demands everything from you, and the least we can do is give our bodies a fighting chance.

For me, Primal Queen has been that. A little piece of my strength back. A reminder that I can feel good again, even while being someone’s all-day milk machine.

Sometimes postpartum isn’t about “bouncing back.” It’s about building back better… and naturally.

I’m excited to see how I will be feeling one year in, and look forward to balanced hormones!

I’ll keep you updated!
